Vision Statement

This piece is about what a touch has meant to me in the past. The female figure is merely a ghost of what it could be to comment on how little a touch can have to do with the person being touched. By focusing on the hands lain on her, the painting sends a message that often those who lay hands on another do it for their own personal gain rather than for the woman.
