Finding Peace Amidst Anxiety

I wanted to convey the struggle that many of us who deal with anxiety face. Finding peace is often a daily battle, and even more so within the past year. For those of us who are wives and mothers, the pandemic has brought not only social isolation, but also the difficulties of virtual learning, working from home, and raising children who are stuck at home most of the time due to social distancing. Add in the usual stressors of marriage, money, or health issues, and the anxiety can often feel overwhelming.
