Women and women of color have been waiting and continue to wait for change, for equity – to be seen in our fullness. Externally, 2020 was a year which required everyone to have patience and stillness. We have all been forced to confront the self. Internally, the year has been explosive. In Waiting, I wanted to look beyond the external and reveal the internal, unseen as well.
