Visions of Self is an annual show of work from female artists across the world. It’s hosted by the Women’s Voices, Women’s Vision group of Yosemite Sierra Artists. In our second year, we’re featuring over 100 artists from 14 countries, with work including the subjects of self-portraiture, environment, emotions, and state of being.
Colorful Thoughts
When the muse takes over (especially at night), I “dive into” the keyboard and create the digital collages that swirl inside my head. The collage I created consists of digital drawing (Harmony software), photographic parts, color surfaces and their processing together in Photoshop, until the moment I feel that “the eye is happy and the hand calms down” and the imagination has become a reality of form and color.
